I’m going to admit it, because that’s the first step to recovery, I am addicted to podcasting. I finally realized it this afternoon when, at home for lunch, I was visibly frustrated that none of my 23 subscriptions had been updated. I must have hit "Update" in iTunes 300 times waiting, wondering what I would listen to on my iPod at work… as if music wasn’t even an option.
There you go. I need help. Please, if you can provide it let me know.
